Baal ghuti and baalamrut is very effective. Even I am giving to my baby since 5th day of birth. They don't have any side effects so don't worry. Continue giving that. My baby poops almost after every feed and it is very normal. Baby pooping after every feed is normal whereas baby not pooping for 3-4 days is also absolutely normal. All babies have gas problem because they take in a lot of air while sucking during breastfeeding. Give him some tummy time and also make him do some bicycle exercise.
